Therapy Services

 

Speech-language pathology (ST)
Speech-language pathology, also called speech and language therapy, specializes in the evaluations and remediation of a variety of disorders and/or delays. Some include: articulation disorders, cognitive impairments or delays, social (pragmatic disorders), receptive and expressive language delays, fluency/stuttering, voice disorders, auditory processing disorders, oral motor/feeding issues and dysphagia (swallowing).  
 
Physical Therapy (PT)
Our physical therapists are experts in gross motor skill development and injury or dysfunction. Our Therapists specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of infants, children, and adolescents with a variety of congenital, developmental, neuromuscular, skeletal, or acquired disorders/diseases. Treatments focus mainly on improving gross motor skills, balance and coordination, motor planning, core strength and endurance. 
 
Occupational Therapy (OT)

Our occupational therapists are experts in fine motor, sensory processing, self-care and feeding development. We will help your child achieve developmental milestones by working on daily living skills such as dressing, eating, and writing. We are a client-centered practice that places emphasis on the progress towards the client's goals. We focus on adapting the environment, modifying the task, teaching the skill, and educating the client/family in order to increase participation in and performance of daily activities.
